**Position Summary**:
The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients and referrals sources in their region which generate leads for new client prospects in all of Point Care’s business channels. The Client Relationship Officer will be the first point of contact for all referrals and leads generated from sales and marketing programs and will be responsible for working with Client Service Managers to assess suitability and manage prospects through to the intake stage.

**Reporting to**: The Operations Manager.

**Direct Reports**: Nil

**Works with**:Client Service Managers,Compliance, Social Media Officer, and Intake.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and convert leads through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing participants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health Professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS planners, support coordinators, and participants.
- Manage the initial assessment, intake, and onboarding processes for new participants.
- Provide advice and information to potential clients, carers, parents, and families.
- Foster positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Services Managers in each region to identify opportunities and fill vacancies.
- Prepare monthly activity reports for the Operations Manager.
- Maintain clear and accurate records.
- Support participants, families, and carers in understanding and accessing our services and policies.
- Act as the ‘face’ of the business, building brand awareness.
- Network across the disability and community care sector.
- Identify and assess new SIL home opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend Expos, Forums, Open days, and Networking events to promote our support services.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to implement Point Care’s growth strategy.
- Attend existing SIL homes and report findings as part of our internal audit process from time to time as required.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.

**Skills & Experience**:

- ∙ NDIS sales, client relationship or business development experience is a pre-requisite.
- ∙ Highly success focussed.
- ∙ Able to work autonomously and prioritise workload to achieve maximum efficiency.
- ∙ Must be able to travel throughout the region for work.
- ∙ Exemplary communication skills
- ∙ Ability to build enduring, high-quality relationships.

Pay: $64,296.02 - $90,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
