**About the Position**

**About You**

With the ability to drive and facilitate a deep love of learning in students, your Christian faith will be evident in your ability to integrate an authentic Christian worldview into every learning experience. You will have a clear understanding of differentiated learning and assessment, catering for the individual needs of all students. Along with NESA accreditation and a current Working with Children Check you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- comprehensive understanding of the various disciplines within the TAS area
- excellence, professionalism and commitment to collaborative, innovative and effective practice in your teaching
- highly relational interpersonal skills with staff, students and parents
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- flexibility and interest in working in an innovative and dynamic environment
- commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
- excellent ICT skills across a range of platforms

**Highly desirable**
- HSC marking experience in one or more TAS courses
- Recent Stage 6 TAS (NESA curriculum) experience in one or more Industrial Technology focus areas (Timber, Multimedia preferred)
- Experience in teaching Vocational Education and Training (IDT preferred)
