**The Opportunity**

YNA is an 100% South Australian owned & operated company with a focus on providing the best level of support to our clients & our staff. Due to expansion, we have positions for experienced **Rostering Consultants** to join our busy team. This is a contact centre role & you will be required to engage professionally with all stakeholders.

Our core hours are from 7.00am to 7.00pm & we operate 7 days a week from Victor Harbor. In order to be considered for this role you need to be available & flexible for at least four shifts per week, within these hours, including weekdays & weekend work.

Your tasks will include:

- First point of contact for all inbound calls
- Outbound calls to existing clients to fill shifts
- Managing existing client base with a sense of urgency
- Building relationships with clients & staff
- Taking staff availability for shifts & client bookings for shifts
- Accurate data entry

These roles are ideally suited to those with call centre & customer service experience keen to join a growing team in the healthcare sector.

**About you**:

- A “can-do” attitude with a positive & professional approach
- At least 1 years experience in Rostering/Administration or related role
- Strong written & verbal communication skills & strong customer service experience
- High level time management skills & the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail & accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining & protecting confidentiality
