Riveter/ Truss Manufacturer

ABOUT US: We are a Manufacturer and Supplier of quality steel frames for Walls, Roofs and Flooring systems. We are located in Loganholme, Qld 4129.

ABOUT YOU: We are currently seeking a Riveter/ Truss Manufacturer to join our team commencing in a casual position with the possibility of a full-time permanent position.

**Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities**:
Pop rivets into Steel Framing and work alongside other factory staff to assist in all aspects of panel and truss manufacturing, maintaining consistency and accuracy, delivering an accurate product for installation defect free and on schedule.

**Principal Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Use of power and air tool
- Pop rivet / Assemble nut & bolt
- QA Checks - check for missing rivets
- Assemble lightweight frames
- Lifting lightweight frames
- Stacking of finished frames with care
- Maintain a clean and efficient work space
- Receiving stock deliveries
- Preparing Builders packs
- General Stock takes
- Occasional trips to site
- Following occupational health & safety standards at all times

**Selection Criteria**:

- Experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Basic Maths and Computer literacy
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Physically Fit
- Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence (Desirable)
- Construction Induction (White Card) (Desirable)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.73 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Loganholme, QLD 4129: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
