Tasman Oil Tools Pty Ltd specialises in the rental and sale of drilling tools suitable for use in the onshore and offshore oil and gas drilling operations.

Position:
We are looking for a full-time Service / Materials Technician to work in our Perth headquarters.

Duties Include:
Assembly and Testing of Drilling Tools & Materials
- Non-Destructive Testing
- Planning and coordination of inspection, maintenance, and repairs on plant equipment
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of spare parts required for the Assembly of Drilling Tools
- Ensure Drilling Tools are assembled per the OEM and Industry Standard

Technical Maintenance Support:

- Provide technical maintenance supervision and advice including hands on inspection, repairs, and certification of specialised equipment
- On tools backup or supplementary maintenance
- Visual inventory / stock taking

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical Apptitude
- Exposure to the Oil & Gas Industry, and Ideally, Drilling Operations and Equipment
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work in a team

What's on Offer?

Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum plus superannuation based on a 38 hour work week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bassendean, WA 6054: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
