**Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
This is a Hybrid 6-month Fix Term Contract Role working Mon to Fri, 38 hours per week with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

We are seeking an experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability).

This role will require the Trainer to commute and deliver onsite at Munno Para, South Australia on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday and work online from home on Monday and Friday.

**As the successful Trainer you must**:
Commute and deliver onsite at Munno Para, South Australia
Deliver onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday
Have reliable and high-speed internet coverage/ A dedicated home office setup.
Available for a proposed start date 21st May 2024

As the Trainer and Assessor your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting training and assessments, student support, tracking, and reporting student attendance and completing relevant administrative tasks.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential Criteria/Requirements**:

- Current qualification *CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing/Disability.
- *If you have not upgraded to the new CHC qualification, CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing/Disability you MUST be enrolled to complete and able to provide evidence of enrolment.
- Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Ageing/Disability (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence.
- Current VET PD
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.
- An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
- High level of interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience delivering to Job Seekers
- Working with Children Check
- Reliable and high-speed internet coverage.
- A dedicated home office setup
