Surround yourself with 2 exceptional reward mentors and learn all you can about the place of total rewards within an HR function: End of year performance review, Annual remuneration review, Goal setting and development planning, Commission and Sales Incentives, Job Evaluations, Salary Surveys and Benchmarking...

As a well-rounded early-career HRIS / Payroll practitioner (1-2 years exp.), you have proven systems, process and reporting experience and are keen to further develop your understanding of the power of great people data.
Your Excel and broader data analysis skills are top notch and have been complemented previously on your strong attention to detail. Above all, you are ambitious, keen to learn and ready for that next step up
