**Location**: Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Gold Coast

**About the Company**: Swieetie brings the delightful taste of authentic European Trdelník (chimney cake), Belgian waffles, soft ice cream, and premium coffee to Gold Coast. Our fresh treats captivate customers with unique flavors and visual appeal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for customers.
- Prepare and serve our specialties, including Trdelník, Belgian waffles, and soft ice cream.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the operation.
- Handle the cash register and process payments.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in coffee preparation and working in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
