- Learn the ins and outs of mortgage brokering through comprehensive training and mentorship programs.
- Assist senior brokers in assessing client needs, researching mortgage products, and presenting suitable options.
- Develop proficiency in analyzing financial documents, assessing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously update knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant internship or work experience is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: $47,077.95 - $154,012.47 per year

Schedule:
