**Program Coordinator/Team Lead**
**Inpatient & Day Patient Therapy Programs**
**3 x Permanent Full or Part-Time opportunities**
Three exciting opportunities have recently become available for senior clinicians to lead either the inpatient or day patient programs at Ramsay Clinic Hollywood - also known as Hollywood Private Hospital - in Nedlands, WA.
In this role you will provide professional leadership to the multidisciplinary team; have responsibility for the ongoing planning, development, and evaluation of the inpatient or day programs; coordinate day-patient referrals, admissions, and discharges; provide specialised clinical assessments and facilitate evidence-based group therapy; act as a professional resource demonstrating a broad and high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills within the clinical setting.

These roles are open to:
- Clinical and or Counselling Psychologists
- Clinical Psychologist Registrars
- Generally Registered Psychologists with relevant post graduate qualifications plus a minimum of 12 months experience working in the clinical speciality area
- All Allied Health clinicians with a minimum of 4 years post-registration training and experience in the clinical/specialty area.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset, preferably in an acute mental health setting, a passion and commitment to holistic client care and strive to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of patients.
**Essential criteria**:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA or appropriate professional board.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the assessment and treatment of a range of complex and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Demonstrable sound leadership knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge and experience facilitating process orientated and psychoeducation groups
- High level of training in two or more evidence-based therapy models for treatment of clients with complex mental health disorders. For example, (Schema, DBT, CBT-E for Eating disorders).
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with capacity to liaise effectively across a range of multidisciplinary team members, patients, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment collaboratively and work autonomously.

Ramsay Clinic Hollywood is located at Hollywood Private Hospital - a modern, acute care hospital in Nedlands and enjoys a strong reputation for excellence in patient care. The Hollywood Private Hospital consists of three inpatient mental health wards and ten distinct but collaborative day patient programs.
The inpatient and day patient programs comprise of a multidisciplinary team, including consultant psychiatrists, dieticians, psychologists, mental health nurses, and exercise physiologists.
