**Overview (Text Only)**: The Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist will lead the Recruitment and Organizational Development function across the Asia Pacific region and make a significant impact on the company’s ability to attract, engage and develop top talent, allowing it to achieve its business goals. Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition

Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role

Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such the Foot Locker Applicant Tracking system, job portals, social media, networking events & job fairs, educational institutions etc.

Partner with the business to create job descriptions, manage postings on the career website as well as other relevant posting websites.

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers.

Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the HR team

Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to recruitment

Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the Foot Locker brand and growth plan

Support the onboarding process of new hires

Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at Foot Locker

Organisational Development

Embed strategies to improve our offer and team member experience

Support and elevate our team member engagement and DIBs strategy

Develop and rollout processes that support succession planning and capability development

As required, lead, support and/or contribute to key organisational strategic projects and initiatives aligned to people and performance

Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that effective consultation is undertaken at all stages of design, delivery and implementation of key projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR/OD

Experience building best practice recruitment, capability, and performance processes and frameworks

Ability to analyse, interpret and utilise data to information decision-making and actions

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence, collaborate with and motivate others

Ability to execute multiple projects across different business units in a timely manner

Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word / Excel / Outlook
