**Security Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:
- Promote security awareness, ensuring organization-wide adherence to admin processes.
- Align ICT security model with corporate compliance needs.
- Contribute to security policy, profile, procedure, and project development.
- Manage validation tasks, ensuring completion within defined timelines.
- Monitor security reports for compliance tracking.
- Conduct risk assessments, identifying high-risk access assignments and conflicts.
- Review change requests for controlled ICT system changes.
- Investigate and resolve complex access and app issues.
- Offer expert advice on security best practices and models.
- Lead team operations, prioritize work, and enhance staff capabilities.
- Prepare, review technical docs, reports, and manage costing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes and build capabilities.
- Encourage innovation, manage change, and foster continuous improvement.
- Resolve escalated technical issues, suggesting alternative approaches.
- Monitor and ensure work quality against performance standards.

- Collaborate with cyber security units, offering remediation guidance.
- Analyze threat intelligence, interpret indicators, and advise on threat techniques.
- Provide intricate technical advice on networks, products, and services.
- Communicate findings via formal reports, briefings, and verbal advice.
- Represent management in cross-agency meetings, providing expertise.
