**The Role**

The role involves:

- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards Xero
- Billing and invoicing
- Fortnight payroll and monthly contractor process
- Accounts payable
- Employee expense reimbursement
- Accounts receivable
- Assistance with financial reports
- Manage credit card payments (eway Platform)
- Manage direct debit payments (GoCardless Platform)
- Ad hoc administration tasks that relate to funding within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualification (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
- Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
- Strong analytical & financial knowledge, having a solid understanding of reconciliation processes, audit & control processes and accounting standards
