Samples Coordinator

**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Samples Coordinator to join our Supply chain Team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support the Samples department within the Accent Group by managing inbound stock, receipting in all stock for Samples sector, organizing range picks, managing inbound deliveries with high accuracy and integrity.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Receiving goods and splitting stock ready for receipting
- Receipting stock into Excel spreadsheets
- Dispatching stock to reps for upcoming ranges
- Loading or unloading trucks or vans for internal and external teams
- Taking prompt action to resolve logistics problems
- Act as an integral member of the supply chain team and represent this team as required
- Manage general logistics according to a schedule or timeframe stipulated
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies and escalating as required
- Ensure all relevant, regulatory, or internal process are followed within area of responsibility
- Any other reasonable task as required in line with the role objective or that results out of necessity to the group

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and “Make It Happen”
- AP21 system experience or similar highly regarded
- RF Scanner experience highly regarded
- A forklift license and experience are preferred but not essential
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Excel skills)
- A strong attention to detail
