Job req id: 7028- Date: 06-Feb-2023- Location: Docklands, VIC, AU, 3008We are seeking an enthusiastic **Team Assistant **who will support a friendly and collaborative Corporate Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a current university student or an experienced administrator who is flexible and hard working.

**About the opportunity**:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance team with a range of administration tasks, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Clerical duties such as, data entry, processing invoices and expense claims, booking travel, scheduling meetings and assisting with the management of events
- Maintenance of financial documentation and policies ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Prepare and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

**About you**:

- Currently studying a related tertiary qualification or prior experience in a Team Assistant role within a large corporate environment
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- The ability to effectively manage competing demands and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative team-focused mindset
- Flexible approach and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- A continuous improvement focus, always on the lookout for ways to improve processes
