**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and blend various types of paints, coatings, and related products based on company specifications.
- Measure and mix raw materials, pigments, and additives to produce high-quality paints and coatings.
- Operate and maintain paint manufacturing equipment such as mixers and dispersers.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency in colour, viscosity, and performance.
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure that paint batches meet product standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production, batch formulations, and material usage.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of paint formulations, raw materials, and mixing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work with chemical materials safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Forklift License.

Pay: $29.00 - $30.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
