Planning at CHEP Media
At CHEP the planning team are the architects of how a brand idea will be delivered across a communications ecosystem in order to unlock the behaviour change that drives brand growth. Planners are experts in creating connected communications experiences that spread. They work with strategy and creative partners to translate the idea into tactics and brand experiences across paid, owned and warned encounters.
The role is to act as the thread that connects all the best bits of CHEP Networks specialisms to build a stronger planning outcome.

Key Responsibilities
- As National Head of Growth, you'll drive the strategic product offering across the agency to ensure effectiveness and well crafted execution.
- Along with the Chief Media Officer, you'll provide leadership, commercial acumen and vision and inspire teams to deliver a cohesive, proactive approach to problem solving which helps our clients grow.
- Works closely with the client teams and the senior leadership team to ensure that the product delivered to clients is truly best in class.
- Work hand in glove with specialists across the CHEP network including technology, data, planning and creative to deliver a cohesive and connected product.
- Responsible for increasing the visibility of the CHEP strategy product through thought leadership and innovative thinking.
- Acts as a senior client escalation point, and trusted strategic advisor for key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Providing an ‘open door' for team members of all levels to ask questions, float ideas and challenge existing framework.
- Foster a culture of critical thinking across the broader agency.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the broader network and portfolio of services to proactively impact client's business.
- Lead the strategy responses for key media pitches.

Skills and Experience
- Consumer led. Being the consumer advocate within the business and driving the company culture to be consumer centric. Curating every touch point between the organisation and the consumer.
- The ability to harness strategy and creativity to realise new ideas, new solutions and new realities.
- Interpreting data to develop game changing insights.
- Proven ability to create true consumer, employee and community engagement via unique experiences that break through the noise of a fragmented globalised market. Making strong connections with fickle audiences who are spoilt for choice.
- Proven business acumen in medium to large agency.
- Proven experience identifying and executing organic growth opportunities.
- Experience designing a product and process and embedding the practice across a large and diverse group of people.
