- $39.21 - $45.68 per hour (dependent on experience) + superannuation
- This position is part time due to a work flex arrangement. It will be split across two people, with the progressed applicant having the choice to work either:_
- _Three full days, two of these days are required to be on site._
- _Two full days, with two half days. The two full days are required to be on site._
- This position will be reviewed at the end of the 12-month term_
**About the role**
Our Procurement and Fleet Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across two key areas: procurement and fleet management. You will manage systems, coordinate processes, and provide training and guidance to staff, all while ensuring the efficient functioning of procurement and fleet operations.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Administering and maintaining the Computron Purchasing System
- Maintaining, updating and reviewing the purchasing and fleet manuals
- Undertaking periodical auditing of procurement activities to ensure efficient outcomes
- Maintaining, training and administrating of new staff members into the fleet systems
- Providing support to staff on Procurement Policy and Procedures
- Assisting with the updating of the Fleet Policy and Procedures
**About you**
The following is also required:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field or less formal qualifications with relevant purchasing experience
- Current Victorian Driver’s License
- Ability to interpret Policies and Procedures and be able to disseminate accurate and clear advice to achieve compliance to those Policies and Procedures
