The Diet Monitor - RAH contributes to an efficient and effective patient meal service which may include responsibility for menu administration and associated duties, including meal ordering and menu administration, checking and following up patients with complex diets, liaising with food services staff, assisting with audits, and contributing to on the job training of trainee staff and work experience students.
