- Osborne Park | Full-Time & Part-time 3 days per week
- Relief Educators all qualifications | Booragoon & Osborne Park

Starbright is WA family owned and operated. We are Reggio Emilia inspired and been rated Exceeding the NQS. We pride ourselves on high quality care, which is achieved with highly passionate Educators. Starbright in Osborne Park is a 48 place centre which caters for children aged from 15 months to 5 years.

**Our Belief;**

Through drawing and sculpting, through dance and movement, through painting and pretend play, through modelling and music, and that each one of these Hundred Languages must be valued and nurtured.

**You must have;**
- Centre based experience within the childcare/ teaching industry
- Ability to function effectively as a member of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- A commitment to best practice in early childhood
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A current Working with Children check
- Interpersonal and time management

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Cert III or Enrolled
- Previous experience in the Early Childhood Industry (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function effectively as a member of a team
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and professional development
- Willingness to learn and inspire others to continue on their learning journey
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills to build relationships with families and other educators
- Current Western Australian Working With Children Check
- First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)

**Your primary duties will include**:

- Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children and their families
- Work with Educators and Management to provide high quality care for all children in a loving and happy environment
- Maintain our curriculum that enriches, stimulates, educates and encourages child development.

We work closely with our team of staff and support them throughout all aspects on a daily basis. You will be supported by experienced educators and will share the responsibilities of observations, programming and planning, with your role being to promote a collaborative team environment.
