What does the job look like?

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse team which ensures the BevChain contracted outcomes are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner to both BevChain and our customers. The Warehouse Supervisor has the responsibility for the effective utilisation of all allocated resources and communicates with and supports management in developing and improving warehouse procedures and operational results.

BevChain are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the high-performance team based in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the PM Operations Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse team which ensures the contracted outcomes are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner whilst maintaining a safe working environment. This role will require you to work from Sunday - Thursday 1:30pm - 9:30pm Key areas:

- Supervise and assist the day to day running of the warehouse operations
- The effective rostering and management of warehouse teams and resources to deliver productive outcomes
- Monitor and support effective communication between customer representatives, dispatchers, drivers and other staff across all shifts and areas of the business.
- Plan and execute all daily warehouse labour activities for the site to ensure they are compliant with financial plans.
- Facilitate and manage the on-time allocations for the repair and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Active frontline engagement with site personnel to ensure they are motivated, trained and competent to perform tasks
- Provide a safe working environment and ensure housekeeping procedures are implemented and maintained

- Experience managing teams in a warehousing environment
- Familiarity with various WMS/TMS systems and competent in interpreting data (SAP)
- Direct customer service experience and ability to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Strong WH&S knowledge
- Effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- A background working in a fast paced team environment
- Strong co-ordination skills, accuracy, attention to detail and highly organised
- Ability to prioritise work in a high-volume environment and use your initiative
- Customer orientated
