**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage and maintain TCA’s Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains reliable, secure and scalable.
- Develop and implement Salesforce configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, process builders, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement necessary customisations and enhancements to support business objectives.
- Provide end-user training and support, creating and maintaining documentation and training materials to ensure smooth user adoption.
- Oversee Salesforce Field Service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and work order management, to optimise field service efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and work closely with Salesforce support as needed.
- Monitor system performance and usage, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Be knowledgeable on Salesforce updates, releases and best practices, ensuring the company's Salesforce platform remains up-to-date and compliant.
- Support other back-end system activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:
To be a successful Salesforce Administrator you will have:

- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with a focus on Salesforce Field Service.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-211) and Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is desirable.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience training and coaching internal team members on Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
