We are seeking a Paralegal to join the operators Legal team in Perth. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
- **Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Work closely with the Assistant Company Secretary and Company Secretarial Officer to provide paralegal and administrative support to the Company Secretarial function.
- **Tasks will include**:

- Filing of physical and electronic documents
- Preparing, collating, scanning, photocopying, uploading and formatting documents
- Transferring documents between workspaces and filing locations
- Arranging execution of documents
- Maintaining and updating databases
- Legal research on corporations law, petroleum law, greenhouse gas law, contract law, property law, competition law, administrative law and other legal research as required.
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders

**Key Skills and Experience Required**:

- Studying for Bachelor of Law or have prior paralegal experience
- Corporations law knowledge and company secretarial experience highly desirable
- Highly computer literate, self sufficient
- Prior use of iManage and/or Boardvantage desirable
- Highly accomplished communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with a service ethos for internal clients.
- Respect and understanding of other cultures.
- Commitment to team work.
