- Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.

**Roster**:8D/6R - FIFO ex Perth

Responsible for providing planning & scheduling expertise, to drive best practice maintenance of the mobile mining fleet and understanding and complying with all Fortescue policies & procedures***

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare work scopes for areas of responsibility and assign and communicate priorities to maximise equipment availability
- Communication of plans to both maintenance and operational personnel.
- Review work completion to ensure compliance and CMMS accuracy
- Provide detailed plans to site scheduling teams for major works
- Review work order operations to identify changes & improvements which can be made and ensure scope is correct and all resources required are allocated.
- Manage maintenance requests for work centre. Create work orders for all approved notifications.
- Review system generated work and release to ensure materials arrive within lead times.
- Validation of SAP data for relevant work group
- Update bill of materials, ANCI / ATI management
- Document management, update PM sheets, work instructions as required.
- Follow Work Management process & provide coaching to execution teams
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver maintenance improvement and reduction in operating costs

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Demonstrated Planning and scheduling experience (preferably mobile equipment)
- Computer literate with previous experience in Maintenance Systems (SAP preferred)
- Demonstrated ability in the MS Office suite of programs, essentially MS Project & Excel
- Well-developed verbal and written skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management, and the ability to meet deadlines & milestones
- Significant experience in a mining maintenance role (preferably mobile equipment)
- Significant experience in a maintenance planning role (preferably mobile equipment)
- Minimum Year 10 (or equivalent)
- Trade or tertiary education background preferred (but not essential)
