**Position Summary**:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Point Care including service delivery, financial performance, compliance, employee management, asset management, partnerships, business development, and carrying out the board’s growth plan.

**Skills & Experience**:

- ∙ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Health Administration, or related field.
- ∙ Proven experience in an operations management role within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
- ∙ Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and compliance requirements.
- ∙ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- ∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
