Reports to: Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager

A good understanding of the outdoor power equipment market, including mowers, handheld products and accessories.

Computer literate with experience in MS suite of products as well as customer management and sales systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
Entering and updating customer data into relevant Sales Tools

Manage the customer base

Build and nurture customer partnerships

Support business objectives through sales and marketing activities

Assist in resolving customer queries

Follow up customers post sale

Preparation of documentation and promotional sales material for distribution

Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries

**Qualifications and Competencies**
Previous experience in a similar role

Good computer skills (Microsoft Suite of products) and the ability to learn business systems

Strong organisational skills

A current drivers licence

Willingness to work 5.5 days a week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,001.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Work: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
