We are seeking an experienced and flexible female barista to join our new shop in Epping, which also features a grocery and nut store. This role combines barista duties with general shop assistant tasks, offering a unique opportunity to engage with customers in various ways.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and related equipment.

Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Assist with general shop duties, such as stocking shelves, arranging products, and managing inventory.

Handle customer enquiries, assist with purchases, and operate the cash register as needed.

Ensure the shop and coffee area adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a barista is essential.

Ability to take on general shop assistant responsibilities (e.g., stocking shelves, customer assistance).

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of coffee preparation, machine maintenance, and latte art is a plus.
