**The Opportunity**
The primary objective of this role is to provide a customer-facing service-orientated help desk for internal ahm & Medibank stakeholders.
The agent is responsible for ensuring that the service at our Wollongong office meets and exceeds expectations in performance and that processes are followed to provide excellent customer service. There may be a requirement for this role to travel to local and interstate sites.
You will be working an 8-hour shift between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday in a hybrid work environment.

The primary objective of the role is to provide a customer-facing service-orientated help desk for internal ahm & Medibank stakeholders. This role significantly contributes by:
- Ensuring that the service at our Wollongong office meets and exceeds expectations in performance and that processes are followed to provide excellent customer service.
- Developing and maintaining relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Working closely with the IT Service Delivery Team to develop and deliver continuous improvement to customer service support and maintain a working knowledge of technology requirements and solutions within the Medibank environment.
- Working directly with the IT Team Lead to build and expand on the current delivery model and service offering to meet our customers’ requirements.
**About you**
You are a natural self-starter with a proactive approach to delivery. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, will be key to your success in this role. You enjoy working autonomously, effortlessly prioritizing and managing tasks.
You bring previous experience in a large customer service environment. You have a strong, demonstrable knowledge of Level 1 and 2 in IT support and are abreast of current available technology including Audio-Visual.
Familiarity with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and terminology, and Microsoft Office 365 is highly desirable. As is previous experience within a large multi-layered IT or technical environment, and exposure to support in an activity-based working environment.
