Bobcat Operator

**The Role**

We are looking for qualified and detail-oriented Bobcat Operators to join our verge collections team based out of Malaga.

You will work with the team in the day to day collection of verge waste.

**About You**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience** in the operation of bobcats (In waste industry would be an advantage)
- Skid Steer Ticket
- Construction Induction (White Card) is mandatory.
- Heavy Rigid (**HR**) License is advantageous
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulations NHVR and Chain of Responsibility COR Regulations
- Good safety focus/awareness, including the understanding of workplace documentation i.e., Safe Work Method Statements.
- Ability to build strong relationships, with both internal and external parties.
- Willingness to work overtime, night shifts and away from home base to meet operational needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.09 - $32.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Bobcat: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Skid Steer Certification (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
