Renowned for our high-quality General Dentistry services, and a team of esteemed Dentist, Therapist, and Hygienist committed to oral health, we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our practice to new heights.

What We Seek in Our Practice Manager:
Manage clinic operations, ensuring efficient work flow, patient satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.

Uphold a patient-centric approach, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing patient inquiries, and overseeing patient scheduling and care coordination

Ensure compliance with health care regulations, maintaining clinic standards, and implementing best practices.

A background in the dental field experience required.
Demonstrated people management skills, empowering you to lead, motivate, and elevate teams for heightened staff productivity and overall excellence.
Proven business acumen, particularly in reception and various administrative components crucial to a thriving practice.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a prerequisite.
You will be working closely with our lovely pricipal dentist.
Her and her team will support you to grow and learn.
Reporting to the Practice Principal, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
