Trinity Grammar School is seeking a qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic to help us launch Café 119, offering exceptional customer service to our community.

Working Thursday, Friday (all year) and also Saturdays (during the Winter Season) during school terms, you will help with the day-to-day operations of the Cafeteria at the Summer Hill Campus and work as part of the team with food preparation, serving and undertaking daily cleaning to complying with the School’s health and safety requirements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a small team preparing and cooking high volumes of healthy and nutritious meals and snacks. Experience working with POS systems in a similar setting is highly advantageous. A strong work ethic and good sense of humour will also equip you well in this role. If you are looking for regular work whilst you study or commit to other activities, then this may be ideal for you.

To be successful in this role, you will have qualifications and/or experience in a commercial kitchen or similar setting, have a strong commitment to working safely and in accordance with the WHS guidelines and a willingness to learn.

**You will require**:

- Minimum Certificate II in Food Preparation, Hospitality or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a small team.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner as you'll be interacting with peers, staff and students.
- Professional approach to work - punctual and well-groomed.
- A current NSW Working with Children Check Number (Employment Status not Volunteer).
- A current COVID-19 vaccination certificate or medical contraindication exemption form
- A valid First Aid qualification and CPR Certificate.
- You will also be required to undertake Child Protection training prior to commencement.
- A covering letter and copy of your current Resume, including 2 professional references. (References will only be contacted after initial interviews have been carried out).
- Copies of any relevant qualifications.
- Your NSW-Working with Children number. (Must be Employment not Volunteer Status).
- Copy of your valid First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- A copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
