**About the Organisation**

This Agency is leading the development of a new Vocational Education and Training (VET) activity data collection and reporting arrangements, which will transform the national VET Data ICT infrastructure.

The VET Data Streamlining (VDS) program presents an exciting opportunity to help shape the establishment of an important piece of national data infrastructure. VDS is a significant, complex, multi jurisdiction project that will modernise the way training activity data is collected across the VET sector.

We are seeking a Project Support Officer to support the project activities within a VDS technical delivery team. They will work with senior leaders and project teams across the program to assist in

the planning and delivery of the program.

Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

- Project coordination, planning and record keeping
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Secretariat, meeting and workshop organisation, and reporting services

capabilities/experience and/or qualifications:
**Essential**
- Outstanding written and communication skills with the ability to prepare a range of clear and concise written materials including briefs, papers, and minutes etc.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with short deadlines, and a commitment to achieving outcomes through collaborative teamwork
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, and Visio to produce documents, presentations, diagrams and infographics

**Desired**
- ICT project experience
