Due to significant growth, Des’s Minibus currently has casual positions available for an immediate start based in Adelaide, working 1 day or 7 Owner Drivers make their own rosters. This may be a permanently dedicated school run, a simple A to B transfer, or any number of other services provided by Des’s.

**Reporting directly to the DMB Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures.
- Provision of a professional level of service.
- Providing a safe, enjoyable trip for all passengers at all times.
- Delivering a service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
- Ensure smart working practices are followed.

**Minimum Requirement**:

- Have your own accredited Minibus.
- Light Rigid class license (essential).
- Have or be willing to obtain Small Passenger (SP) and/or Large Passenger (LP) Vehicle Driver Accreditation.

**Success in this role will be achieved with the following**:

- A proven safe driving record and a good understanding of Australian Road Rules.
- Well-developed personal communication skills.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good record-keeping skills.
- Ability to listen and follow instructions/procedures.
- Good, sound working knowledge of the local, streets, areas, and activities.
