**About the role**:
Working closely with your team, you will be repsonisble for the Merchandise Planning of a selected category and driving successful outcomes inthis space. You will be involved in initial decision making strategies through to execution in stores. Working cross funtionally with other relevant departments to reach agreed desired outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop seasonal merch strategies and present to relevant stakeholders
- Full scope management of inventory and OTB - licensing experience required
- Manage and report of performance and make recommendations to deliver positive results
- Manage your divisions KPI's
- Actively coach and develop your team to build a strong unit

**About you**:

- Experience as a Merchandise Planner with 2+ years knowledge
- Apparel and licensing experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, particularly Excel
- Analytical, attention to detail and great with numbers
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of stakeholders
- Able to work fast, problem solve and think creatively in a high energy business
