As the Inbound Coordinator, your key goal is to ensure our product is uplifted from suppliers, shipping details added to our ERP and delivered to our 3PL partners and retail stores around the globe. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you are responsible for ensuring purchase orders are managed through the supply chain from factory to the warehouse or retail floor.

**A Day in the Life...**
- Will own the movements of all international freight for Ksubi
- Manage handovers from factory to freight forwarders
- Be the “go-to” person for all queries relating to inbound shipments from factories to their destinations
- Liaise with Production and Sales teams to understand issues relating to delays and provide workable solutions
- Provide succinct communication to stakeholders, reporting weekly on total shipment performance
- Inventory Management - Plan and coordinate 3PL stocktakes, from start to completion, communicating timelines and reporting outcomes
- Be a key member in the roll out of our logistics control tower in Q3

**This is you if you have **

**Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences**
- 3+ years in similar role or a role in dealing with 3PL warehouses
- Experience with logistics across multiple international origins and destinations
- Detailed knowledge of air and sea freight methods
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems (AP21 highly regarded)
- Ability to read rate cards
- Fashion experience beneficial
