Bella Vista, Australia Namstar PL- Full time

Experienced part time medical receptionist required for a busy family orientated practice at Bella Vista. Looking for someone with an enthusiastic, friendly personality who can join our team long term and encourage the practice to grow.

Our practice is in the Norwest Commercial area, walking distance to the Bella Vista Metro

Ample undercover parking within the building

Skills required
- Computer skills required (Best Practice program preferred)
- previous medical receptionist experience preferred
- understand medical terminology and patient confidentiality
- excellent people skills
- able to work in a team and follow orders
- proficient with the English language
- excellent communication and telephone skills
- able to work under pressure and multi task
- happy friendly personality, professional manner
- to start ASAP
- to have Australian permanent residency or citizenship
- need to be up to date with their vaccinations, including COVID19 ( 3 vaccines)
- Chinese speaking preferred
- CPR certificate

**Responsibilities**:

- answering telephone and making appointments
- general admin, stocking up, cold chain
- organising and keeping the front desk and waiting room neat and tidy
- promoting the practice services
- to display a friendly, courteous professional manner at all times, in particular when greeting patients

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual,

Working Monday and Tuesdays 9 am to 1 pm

Need to be covid19 vaccinated, wearing masks is compulsory

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Wearing mask and PPE is compulsory, need to be fully vaccinated with 3 doses of a TGA approved covid19 vaccine
