Accomodation Clerk

Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking an Accommodation Clerk to join the team at Woomera Village, which is part of Woomera RAAF base. This role offers the ability to work full time hours on an ongoing basis. This role is a "14/7 Drive in / Drive out" position, working 12-hour shifts for 14 consecutive days followed by 7 days of rest and recovery.
The role includes, but is not limited to
- Take all incoming calls at the hotel, administer phone reservations and assist any enquiries for our customers
- Greet incoming guests and welcome them to the hotel.
- Handle Guest Inquiries and Complaints
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience
- Qualifications in hotel administration, hotel management and/or hospitality preferable
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding work environment
- Self-driven and excellent customer service experience
- Always contribute to a positive teamwork environment
