**The opportunity**
**Responsibilities**:
- Champion risk management standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to lead system maturation, manage risk, and achieve business objectives
- Support the strategic direction of GRC and ERM initiatives
- Work proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Continue to develop BDA ERM processes in an integrated approach to Organisational risk management in consultation and collaboration with BDA functional risk SME's
- Ensure ERM outcomes and processes comply with Boeing Enterprise requirements, customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations
- Hold a tertiary qualification in risk management (or equivalent), and 5+ years' related work experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience in a risk management lead/specialist role within a commercial and/or aviation organisation (Desirable)
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and manage positive, effective stakeholder relationships
- Experience using or implementing Bow-Tie XP/Enterprise (Highly desirable)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security clearance and be cleared for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
