**The Role**:

As a Subscriptions Officer, you will be responsible for following up with and maintaining subscriptions for our client's software. This part-time role involves communicating with existing customers who are already familiar with our client's product. You will utilize Freshdesk, our online ticketing system, to manage customer interactions.
