**YOUR NEW ROLE**
As an Organisational Trainer / Workplace Mediator, you will play an instrumental role in organisational development activities & assisting parties to address conflict and misunderstanding within a workplace setting.

As an NMAS accredited mediator, you will follow the principles and process to assist parties to reach mutually agreed outcomes. You will liaise with employers and insurers to support people returning and maintaining work whilst addressing issues that may be influencing or impacting upon this. You will work with a team of mediators and allied Health professionals to achieve these goals.

Working from our
**Subiaco WA** office, your duties include but are not limited to:

- Undertaking Mediation and Workplace Facilitated Discussions
- Communicating with stakeholders, managing the relationships with insurance companies, employers, etc.
- Mediating for clients within insurance schemes and for employers
- Intake and service scoping
- Delivery and customisation of evidence-based training workshops
- Facilitate Organisational culture reviews
- Coaching
- Administer psychometric assessments and assessment centres
- Scope and consult on learning and organisational development projects with customers
- Attend onsite to provide services to customers
- Facilitate Mediation
- Other organisational development, HR consultancy activities

**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US**
- Current Mediation accreditation through NMAS is essential
- Experience in similar role - at least 1-2 years
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
- Ability to work with wide range of clients across industries and roles
