**About Us**

Our team, Micro Space, is responsible for the creation of customer-centric planograms (in-store shelf layouts) that deliver against the agreed buying and merchandising objectives.

We have an opportunity to understand how customers shop and use customer data to create merchandise planograms that excite & delight our customers.

As we continue to differentiate our brand, we continue to introduce new capabilities and data-driven innovation to offer the best localised product range within in-store displays.

We offer an opportunity to partner with and learn from some of the best in the industry across Buying, Retail Analytics, Operations, Replenishment, and Planning.

**About the Role**

Your success will depend on establishing a collaborative partnership with category managers, where you will demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills paired with your drive to continuously improve our customers shopping experience, category performance results and keeping maintenance simple for our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Merchandising planograms, ensuring that our planograms reflect the buy plan, meet trading patterns and clear customer shopping segments enabling optimal return on space
- Adhering to critical path timelines in collaboration with various stakeholders including commercial to ensure that all milestones are completed on time
- Planning and workload management of all Micro Space controllable milestones, dependencies and activities within a range review. Breakdown workload to regularly identify risks, develop strategies to mitigate, and know when to inform/escalate
- Manage day-to-day relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a high level of collaboration is developed and maintained across the business
- Focus on continuous improvement and identification around areas of opportunity
- Provide Micro Space insights and recommendations to buying partners with quantitative data to validate commercial viability and evaluate the impact from a visual and operational perspective

**About you**

You have an evident passion for customer & retail & some experience in space planning, & good knowledge of product (merchandise) placement.

You should have a clear understanding of Merchandising Guidelines: Shopability, Strategy, Simplicity, and Safety.

You also have:

- Strong communication skills and demonstrable experience in influencing stakeholders to achieve business goals and keep to key deadlines in line with the critical path
- Strong time management, prioritisation & organisation skills are a must
- You are ideally proficient in a space planning suite of tools (or similar) and are proficient in administrative systems such as SAP
