**The Role: Admin/Sales Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Handle customer phone inquiries
- Efficiently process and manage orders
- Provide customer support via various channels
- Collaborate with the team for order coordination
- Prepare and ship online orders with precision
- Manage prompt postage and shipping
- Work closely with office managers
This is a full-time role Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
