Allied Health Manager - Part Time 30 hours per fortnight
- The Geelong Clinic is a 73 bed private Psychiatric hospital that has recently expanded and offers a wide range of inpatient and day programs supported by an Outreach service for individuals requiring mental health care. Located on the outskirts of Geelong, within close proximity to spectacular coastal attractions, the hospital operates two busy onsite outpatient practices which have additional capacity as part of our expansion project._

**As the Allied Health Manager your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing leadership and direction to the Allied Health Team
- Ensuring high quality clinical care is provided to our patients
- Facilitating service improvement and identifying opportunities for program development
- Managing resources efficiently to compliment the strategic direction of the hospital

**Selection Criteria**
- Allied Health or Nursing speciality
- Possess extensive and consolidated experience in management
- High level customer service and relationship skills
- Demonstrated effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Be innovative and adaptive to change
- Have a high level capacity to problem solve and innovate to support hospital strategic plan
- Post graduate qualification in Management or Clinical speciality desirable
- COVID vaccination certificate and Serology
- Current National Criminal Check
- Working with Children’s Check
