Events Bartender

Catering HQ is looking for experienced, vibrant and dynamic bartenders and experienced cocktail mixologists, to join our events team at Brighton Lakes Recreation and Golf Club in Moorebank. We are offering full/part time and casual roles.

KEY QUALITIES:

- Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Must have a valid RSA
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include:

- Carry drink trays
- General knowledge about wine, spirits and cocktails
- Tap beer pour
- General bar maintenance and stock control
- Drink line maintenance
- POS ordering
