**Position Overview**:
As a Disability Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to access the support and services they need to lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Have strong report writing/computer skills to ensure that participants have the best opportunities for plan reviews.
- Developing personalized support plans tailored to each individual's requirements.
- Ensure budgets are adhered to, and advocate for the participant where funds are not sufficient for their support needs.
- Coordinating with community resources, service providers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Advocating for the rights and interests of individuals with disabilities.
- Providing guidance and support to individuals and their families throughout the support process.
- Have an excellent understanding of the NDIS Framework, including the Quality & Safeguards Commission

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working as a support coordinator or assisting as a support coordinator.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and knowledge of disability rights and services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to promoting independence and inclusion.

Pay: $59,774.18 - $101,126.83 per year
