**You'll be responsible for**
- Project coordination support in an exciting new program aimed to transform our customer experience
- Playing a crucial role in coordinating across all the different streams, maintaining data and progress on deliverables and/or course correcting when necessary
- Producing correspondence, communications, presentations, confidential documents, spreadsheets and reports on behalf of the team.
- Monitor and manage project financials including invoice processing, monitoring and tracking project expenses

**About you**
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Coordinator will be essential and ideally within the insurance and financial services industry
- Experience providing team and project administration for large projects as well as coordinative support at a management level in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with project management systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
