Our client is seeking to engage an Airside Operations Administrator.
**Location**: Canberra, ACT
**Contract Length**: Permanent, Full time
**Eligibility/Security Requirement**: Applicants must be **Australian Citizens**

**Overview**:
The Airside Operations Administrator will be responsible for the administrative management and will work closely with the Airside Operations and Safety Manager and Team to provide support. The Airside Operations Administrator will assist various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best possible service including meeting important deadlines to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Airside Operations and Safety team.
**MAIN DUTIES**:
**Administration**

General administration support to the Airside Operations and Safety Manager to ensure compliance and effective management of the administration associated with the day-to-day operations of the Aviation Team.
**This includes but is not limited to**
- Electronic filing
- Database Management
- Coding of invoices in Redmap for approval
- Updating of spreadsheets
- Assist with reporting.
- Review, prepare and distribute relevant documentation and communications.
- Answering phones promptly and ensuring messages are delivered in a timely manager.
- Assist with diary and calendar management of Airside Operations and Safety Manager and Team Leaders.
- Organise meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas and documentation, minute taking and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Assist with the completion and submission of compliance documentation, ensuring it is lodged in a timely manner
- Assist with booking and maintaining records of staff training
- Team Coordination
- Assist in administrative duties and responsibilities requested and reported to the facilities manager
- Support the Airside Operations and Safety Manager to ensure their workload is being carried out in an effective manner.
- Provide support to the Airside Operations and Safety team to ensure that standards are maintained in line with regulatory and Agency expectations, and all stakeholders received exceptional customer service.
