First Choice Staffing is a renowned recruitment company specializing in the healthcare sector, specifically focused on sourcing and placing top-quality nurses and support workers. With our growing network and commitment to excellence, we are now looking to hire more support workers in Aged care, Home care and NDIS. AINs, MAs and other roles in the same sector are welcome to apply. We have an ongoing need for staff across Syndey.

**Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Personal care (Shower assist, feeding, grooming etc)
- Everyday living support
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Chaperone to appointments
- Dispensing medications
- Implementing Care plans

**Requirements for this role**:

- Available during the week and on weekends
- Covid-19 Vaccine recommended but not mandatory
- High level verbal communication skills
- Impeccable presentation at all times
- NDIS Worker Check
- Working with Children's Check
- CPR and First Aid certificates
- Current Australian National Police Check
- NSW Driver license, car and comprehensive insurance

Desirable but not essential:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support
- Certificate in Epilepsy/ Seizure management
- Certificate in Manual Handling
- Certificate in Infection control
- Certificate in Enternal feeding support training

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $32.50 - $90.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
