This real estate powerhouse has a focus on the luxury market and working smarter not harder and are looking to add an experienced Property Manager to the team.

**What you will be doing in this role**:
Working the high-end of the property market, you will work one on one with the Head of Property Management to look after the leasing of all vacant properties based on the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.
- Manage Landlord and Tenant relationships
- Respond to all tenant inquires
- Schedule private and open house inspections
- Issue lease agreements and coordinate key hand overs
- Assist with ingoing and routine inspections
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate trades
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the growth of the business
- 6 months experience in real estate
- A current Certificate of registration or real estate licence
- A valid NSW drivers’ licence and a reliable car
- Immaculate presentation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Five star customer service skills
- High energy, a confident communicator
- Flexibility to work every Saturday
