**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- The team at Keon Park supports 96 residents living in three houses over two levels. Keon Park are requiring Personal Care Assistants to join their multidisciplinary team to provide quality care and services.
- Casual position/s available at Keon Park
- Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
- Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
- Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information
- Salary is in line with Enterprise Agreement and will be based on your years of experience (hourly base rate between $26.4145 - $33.1150 plus 25% casual loading)

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Nursing student
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a team environment and report/document in line with requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care.
